The Store Department at Valerius Morocco is divided into two distinct areas for stocking fabrics and trims. In one section, we take great care in organizing and storing all of our customers' fabrics to ensure they are easily accessible and ready to be used. Each batch fabric is systematically arranged and labeled, and separated per customers to quickly locate the materials. In the other section, we find the area dedicated for trims and accessories, as well labelled and stored per customers for easy access.
With dedicated spaces for each, Valerius Morocco ensures efficient and convenient browsing for all customer’s fabric and trim needs.
Cutting
At Valerius Morocco, precision starts in our cutting department, where innovation meets efficiency. With 2 new automatic cutting robots and a well-trained team, we guarantee accurate and excellent cuts. Our cutting-edge technology and skilled professionals work hand-in-hand to ensure every piece is crafted with utmost precision, laying the foundation for impeccable textile creations.
Sewing
Our sewing department, led by a team with 15+ years of experience in lingerie and swimwear, excels in operational excellence. With 8 sewing lines, we ensure maximum flexibility and quick responses while maintaining high production rates. Our operators are multi-skilled, adapting swiftly to market requirements. Committed to sustainability, we follow GRS/GOTS procedures, guaranteeing an eco-friendly and efficient production environment.
packing
In the final touch before your textile reach you, our Packing Department takes the stage. This department ensures that every piece leaving our facility is not just a product but a meticulously crafted textile, ready to make its mark in the world.
